Grand Harbor

For the past several years, MMT has conducted and prepared numerous surveys for this beautiful and unique development. Grand Harbor is home to over 20 residential pods, clubhouses, fitness and tennis centers, golf courses, marinas and a storm water park. Our extensive relationships with Grand Harbor and Indian River County afforded us the opportunity to work together on recent projects such as 53rd Street and Indian River Boulevard intersection improvements and Indian River County’s Spoonbill Marsh Brine Disposal park which lies on the north Grand Harbor property. The remainder of the north site is being designed as a residential neighborhood which includes a state of the art stormwater system. Aerial photography by Pickett is being used as a basis for this design which saved our client huge dollars and time.
