Masteller, Moler & Taylor, Inc. originated in 1986 as Masteller, Moler & Reed, Inc. (MMR). In 2004, MMR, Inc. merged with Taylor Land Surveying Company to establish the privately owned corporation, Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (MMRT).

David M. Taylor became president of the firm following the retirement of founding president, Rod L. Reed in 2007. In 2014 the company changed it’s name to Masteller, Moler & Taylor, Inc. to reflect its current owners.

Mr. Taylor is a University of Buffalo graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and became licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor with the State of Florida in 1993. Mr. Taylor has a vast knowledge of all types of surveys and has been in re-sponsible charge of numerous surveys for various pro-jects throughout the local area since 1988.

We understand the importance of saving in these tough economic times and are committed to provide our services at the lowest rates possible, while continuing to produce a quality product.

MMT Inc. retains local survey records dating back to the 1960’s. We make every effort to research and utilize the valuable information in these records in the performance of our surveys, resulting in additional lower costs to our clients. Survey records are drawn from various preceding firms, including:
